Welford Road will play host to the 2008 Prima Tiger Cup Final on Saturday, when youngsters from Oakham and Nottingham take to the pitch prior to Tigers' Guinness Premiership match against Bristol.
Both sides have battled their way through regional festivals and quarter and semi-final knockouts to reach the showpiece event which will bring this season’s competition to an end.

In typical Prima Tiger fashion, both semi-finals played before the London Wasps game on March 29 were very exciting affairs. Nottingham scored three tries to overcome a very spirited Silhillians outfit, while Oakham had to rely on a try count back to knockout Stoke on Trent.

With more and more participating clubs entering the regional festivals, the Prima Tiger Cup continues to grow year-on-year, to the extent that it is now one of the largest competitions for a single age group within the country. The support of Prima Solutions is therefore greatly appreciated.

The Prima Tiger Cup Final will kick off at approximately 1.25pm.
