Each player will receive a full week's coaching covering all the core skills and techniques, with many of the ideas coming straight from Oval Park, the Tigers training ground.

The players take a Tigers 8-Star Award challenge which is a method of measuring their strengths and areas for improvement up against the highest standards.

Each player will also receive Junior Tiger Club membership, a hot and healthy lunch, Tigers Rugby Course T-shirt, Rugby Course ball and drinks bottle.

?The focus for the players is to be exposed to what it really takes to be a top professional,? said Tigers community manager Scott Clarke. ?We work every player to the best of their ability in a safe, family atmosphere created by the Tigers team.?
