Peter Tom CBE
 Chairman
Peter was formerly group chairman and chief executive of Aggregate Industries Limited. He is a consultant to a variety of companies and serves as a non executive director on a number of boards including AGA Foodservice Group plc. He made 130 appearances for the club between 1963 and 1968. Peter is also a member of the executive group of Premier Rugby Limited.
Peter Wheeler
 Chief Executive
Peter played for the club from 1969 to 1985. He was club captain for five seasons, played 41 times for England and in seven tests for the British and Irish Lions. In January 1996, he was appointed chief executive of Leicester Tigers. He was previously managing director of P & G Bland Limited. Peter represents the Guinness Premiership clubs on the Rugby Football Union management board and council.
David Clayton
 Managing director
David joined the board in December 1999. He was previously commercial director at Nottingham Forest Football Club and Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, where he specialised in sports marketing and management. David has over 25 years experience in marketing, public relations and corporate communications.
David Abell
 Non-executive director
David is executive chairman of Jourdan plc. He was previously chairman and chief executive of Suter plc and a director of British Leyland Limited. He has been a supporter of the club for more than 30 years.
Garry Adey
 Non-executive director
Garry played 381 times for the club over 14 years and was capped twice for England. Garry is executive chairman of Adey Holdings Limited, which has been established for over 80 years, in the steel fabrication and steel stockholding business.
Terry Gateley
 Non-executive director
Terry is a chartered accountant and was a senior partner with KPMG in the Midlands until 1999. Since leaving KPMG, Terry has had involvement in industries including house builders and private equity funds and has chaired private equity-funded companies in the finance, printing and aerospace areas. He is on Alchemy’s Advisory Board. He is the senior non-executive director of IMI plc and is involved in event management and land development.
Roy Jackson
 Non-executive director
Roy spent all his working life in the printing industry. He is a local director of the Prince’s Trust. His rugby playing career was with local clubs, South Leicester and Old Bosworthians (Leicester Forest), captaining the latter for two seasons. Roy has been associated with Leicester Tigers since 1982.
Digby, Lord Jones of Birmingham Kt
 Non-executive director
Digby served as Director-General of the CBI from January 2000 to June 2006. He held senior advisory positions with various multi-national companies until June 2007 when he was appointed Minister of State for Trade and Investment in Her Majesty’s government. He was introduced into the House of Lords in July 2007. Leicester Tigers is his only active board appointment.
Rory Underwood MBE
 Non-executive director
Rory scored 134 tries in 236 games for Leicester Tigers. He is England’s record try-scorer, with 49 in 85 internationals. He toured with the British & Irish Lions in 1989 and 1993. A pilot in the RAF during his playing career, he now works in management consultancy.
Sir Clive Woodward
 Non-executive director
Clive led England to Rugby World Cup glory as head coach in 2003 and was knighted soon afterwards. He made 148 appearances as a player for Leicester Tigers between 1979 and 1985. He was capped 21 times by England and toured with the British and Irish Lions. After coaching the Lions in 2005 he became performance director and then director of football at Southampton FC. In 2006 he was appointed director of elite performance for the British Olympic Association.
