Delivered by Leicester Tigers, this 10 week programme is based at the Tigers Stadium on Welford Road and will commence on Wednesday the 22nd of February 2012. For 2 days a week (7 hrs) participants take part in a programme of multi-sports and core fitness learning both theory and practical in a fun yet disciplined and professional environment.
