About Inside Sport

As a newly added dimension of our Tigers Education Centre, Inside Sport offers further opportunities to all schools and college groups to take part in an innovative and challenging day of education. The programme is designed to both supplement and compliment each groups current teaching curriculum to help individuals achieve their learning objectives and to offer a unique perspective on specific subject matter. Based at the Tigers Stadium on Welford Road, our Inside Sport programme includes a stadium tour, two practical sessions and two theory sessions.

The Inside Sport programme is specifically tailored to each group to ensure that both practical and theory sessions are relevant, within the capabilities of all learners, enjoyable and inspirational. Working alongside each groups teacher representative, our Tigers Education team will adapt our Inside Sport programme to ensure the achievement of set learning outcomes.

NEW TO INSIDE SPORT:

With two major sporting events just around the corner, why not join us on our themed Inside Sport Programme to help inspire children in the run up to the London 2012 Olympic Games and the 2011 Rugby World Cup. Our tailored day of education aims to teach functional skills including literacy and numeracy whilst utilising the London 2012 Olympic Games or the 2011 Rugby World Cup to cover specific subject matter whether it be geography, maths, english, physical education, languages, etc.
