Robert Sidoli, Tom Shanklin and Ben Blair have recovered from minor bumps and bruises to retain their places in the starting line-up.
The Blues are hoping for a crowd of at least 20,000, with reports of 17,000 Blues fans already taking up tickets.
The Blues ticket office will be open during normal office hours on Saturday - telephone 029 2030 2030 - and there will be a marquee at Gate 3 of the Millennium Stadium selling tickets on Sunday from noon.
