On the day before the Newport Gwent Dragons game the Tigers Community Team and Leicester Tiger went down to the De Montfort University "Freshers Fair" to meet the new students and give them the chance to have their first taste of some first team match action.
Leicester Tiger enjoyed himself looking at the different stalls and meeting 'freshers'. He also spent time with the university men's and women's rugby teams who are already planning for their varsity match due to be held at Welford Road on March 9 2007.

All in all a good day was had by everyone and many new students enjoyed their first Tigers match on Saturday.
