Rabeni has played a part in both of the Islanders' games so far, starting in Cardiff and coming off the bench last weekend at Murrayfield.
The Islanders have been in Dublin since last Sunday as they prepare for Ireland's last international before the redevelopment of Lansdowne Road.
The Ireland v Pacific Islanders match will be shown on BBC2 on Sunday afternoon. Kick-off is at 2.45pm.
