The deadline for voting for the first Goldsmiths Player of the Month of the new season is approaching.

George Ford, Niall Morris and Billy Twelvetrees are on the three-man shortlist and supporters have until this Friday to cast their vote.

Ford became fourth youngest league debutant in Tigers’ history when he started the opening game of the season against Exeter Chiefs. The 18-year-old has settled quickly into life in the Aviva Premiership, starting the first four games of the season.

Morris, a summer signing from Leinster, has played in every minute of the league season so far. He made an eye-catching Aviva Premiership debut with two tries against Exeter Chiefs on the opening day and followed it up with another try against Saracens.

Twelvetrees is one of the leading points scorers so far in this season’s Aviva Premiership with 61 points. He scored all 29 points at London Wasps with two tries, two conversions and five penalties – the biggest tally in Tigers' history when only one player has been on the scoresheet – and kicked 12 points in the win at Newcastle.

The Tigers player of the month award is supported by Goldsmiths, the largest prestige and luxury jewellers in the UK, who are also official East Stand sponsors and official timekeepers.
