The RFU ran its Rugby in the City event in Humberstone Gate on Saturday, with live big-screen coverage of the World Cup semi-final between France and Wales and a series of rugby-based activities for all the family.
The Tigers roadshow vehicle, known as The Maul, was also there giving people the chance to have a go at the Speed Pass Challenge while hundreds of young fans signed up to the Junior Tigers Club.
Local clubs from around Leicester, Aylestonians, Aylestone St James, Aylestone Athletic, Belgrave and Stoneygate, were also present to give demonstrations of adult and junior rugby and to recruit prospective new members.
Tigers and Crusha, the sponsors of the Junior Tigers Club, welcomed hundreds more people to a milkshake bar in the centre of Highcross on Saturday and Sunday.
Tigers and Crusha were giving away free milkshakes, visitors created their own flavours with the help of Crusha mixologists while Crusha created a special layered Tigers milkshake.
Every child received a free JTC goodie bag and got to meet Welford, the new Tigers mascot.
