Kick off Christmas with Leicester Tigers

Figure image
It's Christmas weekend at Welford Road - kicking off with the Christmas market before Saturday's sell-out game between Leicester Tigers and Northampton Saints.

The market outside the Caterpillar Stand is open from 10.30am up to kick-off, with stalls and activities to get you into the festive spirit.

Junior Tigers Club activities will be based in the Final whistle and there’s free Crusha milkshakes for all members. All supporters aged under 16 can join for free, simply by logging on to the club website.

You could win £100 of John Lewis shopping vouchers with the lucky Tigers matchday programme so check your copy on the way into the match.

Make this a Tigers Christmas for any fan by doing your shopping in the Tigers Club Store on Saturday - the store is open in the Clubhouse End, as well as the unit outside the Caterpillar Stand.

And make sure of your place for forthcoming games against Clermont Auvergne (Dec 17), Sale Sharks (Jan 1) and London Wasps (Jan 7) by visiting the Tigers ticket office.

All ticket collections for Saturday's game are from the collections unit outside the Caterpillar Stand.

There is also an extra ticket office inside the stadium, at the Clubhouse End, providing sales and information, including the Season Ticket Taster covering the last eight home games of the season and the new interest-free direct debit scheme for 2012/13 season tickets.

Kick-off in the big game in the Aviva Premiership is at 2.15pm.

The Burton Choristers of Loughborough Endowed Schools will be providing some Christmas carols at half-time.

There is more music after the game with Rock Bottom, the Tigers’ resident band, in Final Whistle.

There is still just enough time to book places at the Junior Tigers Christmas party and panto on Sunday, but be quick. Click here for details and please book by 9am Friday.
