Heineken Cup rivals ASM Clermont Auvergne warmed-up for the back-to-back games against Leicester Tigers with a 33-16 win over Castres in the French Top 14 on Saturday.
The win, featuring tries by Nathan Hines, Morgan Parra and Brock James, kept Clermont in second place in the league table, three points leaders Toulouse. France international scrum-half Parra kicked three conversions and four penalties to complete the scoring.

Tigers go to France this weekend in the third round of Europe’s Heineken Cup in good spirits after a 30-25 victory over local rivals Northampton Saints on Saturday which stretched an unbeaten run to seven games.
Following wins over Aironi away and Ulster at home, Tigers top Pool 4 ahead of the crucial back-to-back fixtures with Clermont Auvergne.
