Two from two for England

England made it two wins from their opening two games of the RBS 6 Nations as they came from behind to secure a 19-15 victory over Italy.

England trailed the Azzurri 15-6 early in the second half, but Charlie Hodgson’s charge-down try and Owen Farrell’s 14 points with the boots ensured the Red Rose remain unbeaten against Italy in Six Nations competition.

The Leicester Tigers trio of Dan Cole, Tom Croft and Ben Youngs started the game in freezing conditions at Rome’s Stadio Olimpico. Lock Geoff Parling was introduced from the bench for his second international cap.

For Italy, Martin Castrogiovanni came off in the 33rd minute through injury, with initial reports suggesting the Tigers prop has suffered a rib problem.
