The final is being hosted at Sixways, home of Worcester Warriors, and kick-off is at 3pm on Sunday.
Tigers have received an allocation of 4,000 tickets and there is availability in the East Stand and behind the posts in the North Stand. These are priced at £30 and £20 adults, £10 for supporters aged under-16. Children under the age of 2 years do not require a ticket but must sit on parents’ lap.

Coach travel is available from Welford Road, price £15 season ticket holders, £18 all other supporters. Buses leave Welford Road at noon and will depart from Sixways 45 minutes after the match.
Any unsold tickets must be returned to the tournament organisers by Wednesday afternoon so please do not delay if you want to share in another big day with Leicester Tigers.
