Manu Tuilagi, Dan Cole, Geoff Parling and Tom Croft are all in the starting line-up, with colleague Ben Youngs among the replacements.
David Strettle has recovered from a sternum injury and takes over from Charlie Sharples on the wing, while Lee Mears comes in for the injured Rob Webber among the replacements.
England head coach Stuart Lancaster said: “It seems like yesterday when we got together in Leeds in January and began a new journey for England Rugby.
