Front-rowers Harry Rudkin and Harry Thacker join centres George Catchpole and Javiah Pohe in the national squad selected by head coach John Fletcher.
Another Tigers front-rower, Tiziano Pasquali, would have also been involved in the tournament with Italy but has been ruled out by injury.
“We’re looking forward to the challenge,” Fletcher said. “We’ve done well so far this season, the squad is in pretty good shape in terms of knowing where we are and where we want to be.
“This is a big tournament for the lads and Georgia up first will be a big test. For the past few years they have been getting stronger – they play to their strengths, they have big forwards, they’re physical and they will be a handful.”
