Pohe scored the last of England’s eight tries in Friday morning’s victory in Madrid.
There was also a hat-trick for Joel Conlon and tries for Zach Kibirige, Nathan Earle, Nick Carpenter and Tom Stephenson. Fly half Sam Olver kicked 18 points.
Pohe came on as a second-half replacement for Conlon. His Tigers Academy team-mates George Catchpole, Harry Rudkin and Harry Thacker started the game for England.
Head coach John Fletcher said: “We’re pleased with the result, but more pleased with the performance.
Our forwards did well, the set-piece was good and we just did the basics right which is what you have to do.
“We moved the ball around and created options – lots of people got their hands on the ball and demonstrated what good players they are.”
