Stage set for Semi-Final Saturday

It's Semi-Final Saturday at Welford Road today - and there is still time for you to share in the big occasion. Kick-off is at 5.30pm and tickets are available now.

More than 20,000 tickets have been sold for the Aviva Premiership semi-final between Leicester Tigers and Saracens. Wth a stadium capacity of 24,000 that means you can still book your place for the biggest home game of the season.

These two teams have met in each of the last two Premiership Finals, but today only one will make it to Twickenham, to face either Harlequins or Northampton Saints, on May 26.

Will it be nine-time league champions Leicester Tigers or the defending champions Saracens?

Final Whistle in the Caterpillar Stand is open from 2.30pm to allow supporters to watch live TV coverage of the first semi-final - and then it’s Tigers against Saracens at 5.30pm.

Today is Matt Hampson Foundation Day at Welford Road, and Matt and some special guests will be with us. Foundation wristbands and pin-badges are available from volunteer collectors around the stadium.

Turnstiles open at 3.30pm.

The Junior Tigers Club VIP area is open in the Final Whistle, including the exclusive Crusha milkshake bar, and there will be a Tigers player appearance too. JTC membership is free and open to all supporters aged under 16. The name of one lucky member will be drawn ahead of the game and will help lead out the teams just before kick-off.

Tigers matchday buses, run in conjunction with Arriva, are in operation this Saturday from Market Harborough, Oakham and Nuneaton. Click here for more details and timetable.

All ticket collections on matchday are from the pick-up point outside the Caterpillar Stand, opposite the ticket office. Please arrive in plenty of time to collect your tickets ahead of kick-off.

After the game the bars around Welford Road will remain open and there’s even a Karaoke in the ABC Bar/Mark Lounge in the Holland & Barrett Stand.
