The domestic season reaches its showpiece conclusion this Saturday at Twickenham. Here's our guide to getting the best out of your day at the Aviva Premiership Rugby Final.

Both teams will wear their home colours, which means Tigers will run out for an eighth successive Premiership Final wearing their new red, white and green kit.

Team news from both camps is announced at lunchtime on Friday.

Tigers Travel Club have 18 coaches leaving Welford Road at 9am, with the Away Supporters Club organising another four coaches of their own which will run from Tigers Way.

The Tigers Club Store at Welford Road will be open from 7.30am on Saturday, as well us the usual 9am-5pm hours on Thursday and Friday. The Store has a full range of Tigers home kit, leisurewear and training kit, as well as Aviva Premiership Final flags, T-shirts and scarves.

The Supporters Village at Twickenham will host food and refreshments outlets and entertainment, and the Tigers Maul will be there too. Join us and test your skills in the Speed Pass Challenge and the Matt Hampson Foundation Speed Pass Game, and have an official souvenir photo taken.

You can even take the opportunity to renew your Tigers season ticket for 2012/13 at The Maul so you can beat the rush before the June 1 deadline.

The Tigers Store will also be open at Twickenham, in the corner of the West Car Park.

Kick-off in the Aviva Premiership Final betwween Harlequins and Leicester Tigers is at 3pm.

Tigers will be represented by young supporters in matchday parades and demonstrations in the Aviva Premiership Rugby Schools, MBNA Tackling Numbers and Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup programmes.

And Saturday provides a glorious conclusion to the efforts of everyone who joined Walk4Matt and Cycle4Matt to help raise funds for the Matt Hampson Foundation and other charities.

The Tigers media team will be providing updates through Twitter and Facebook throughout the day – we’ve even planned a fun game of ‘Tigers Spy’ to keep supporters occupied on the journey south. See the official Twitter feed for details.

And we’d love to hear from you on your big day – whether you are at the game or following the action from elsewhere. You can email your photos of Final Day to [email protected] and we’ll include as many as we can in the Jacobs Digital Diary on the official club website.

If you are following us on Twitter on matchday, please use the #Tigersfamily hashtag.

If you are not travelling to Twickenham on Saturday, the match is being broadcast live by ESPN in the UK and is also available to more than 40million households in 90 countries through other broadcaster. We will have a full list on the club website ahead of kick-off.
