Fun kicked off in the JTC VIP Area at 12.15pm ahead of Tigers v Exeter on Saturday. Lots of you came through the doors to take part in all our activities, and we invited another 100 new members to enjoy the JTC experience too.
This week, we picked five new Tiger cubs: Jean Broquet, Eliot Chodynicki and Joseph Bemrose to join our two Tiger Cubs that were picked online Evie Ashford and Sam Pickwick, and our JTC matchday mascot Ben Ashford who got to run out with the team. Don’t forget you can enter these ballots every week when you come in and register.
Wessel Jooste and Scott Steele came down to talk to us and make milkshakes on our milkshake bar. It was Wessel’s first interview appearance at the club since he joined last month. He talked about how much he was enjoying Leicester, what it was like to start training with the Tigers and his favourite cheese (a JTC favourite)!
Scott Steele told us all about his days as a footballer before he made the choice to play rugby at 16 and made it all the way to Tigers and what it was like to train with the Scottish international setup as well as with the Leicester Tigers senior team for the first time.
