England international Tait has not played since the opening weeks of last season due to a groin injury, while centre Forsyth also missed the conclusion of the 2011/12 campaign.
Tait, 26, lines up at full-back in a Development XV which will again be led by fly-half Matt Cornwell.
Fraser Balmain, who made his Aviva Premiership debut in the closing stages of Saturday’s win over Exeter Chiefs, is joined in the front row by Kieran Brookes and England Under-18 hooker Harry Thacker.
