There are calls for Marcos Ayerza, George Chuter and Martin Castrogiovanni in the front row, and George Ford starts at fly-half.
Dan Bowden returns to the matchday squad for the first time since the home win over Exeter Chiefs and back-rower Michael Noone is included for the first time.
Tigers are without six members of the England Elite Player Squad this weekend ahead of the autumn internationals. Tom Croft, Brett Deacon, Rob Hawkins, Wessel Jooste and Miles Benjamin are also unavailable for selection. Jordan Crane and Logovi’i Mulipola are ruled out after picking up injuries in last Saturday’s match at Gloucester.
