Marcos Ayerza will win his 38th cap for Argentina when they take on Wales at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday.

Leicester Tigers prop Ayerza will start in the front row for the Pumas alongside Eusebio Guinazu and Juan Figallo, while Felipe Contepomi comes in at centre. Former Tigers wing Horacio Agulla is named among the substitutes.

Meanwhile, Steve Mafi and Martin Castrogiovanni could come face-to-face when Italy host Tonga in Brescia on Saturday. Mafi, who wins his seventh cap, will start on the blindside flank for Tonga while Castrogiovanni will hope to add to his 88 international appearances from the bench.
