Leicester Tigers prop Boris Stankovich will appear at an RFU disciplinary hearing in Coventry this evening (Wednesday).
Stankovich was sent off in Sunday’s LV= Cup tie against London Irish following an alleged dangerous tackle on Darren Allinson contrary to Law 10.4 (e).
He was subsequently charged with allegedly stamping or trampling on London Irish prop Alex Corbisiero in the same match contrary to Law 10.4 (b) following a report from the citing officer Micky Ward.
Jake Abbott of Worcester Warriors will appear at the same disciplinary hearing after being cited for an alleged tip tackle on Kieran Murphy (Scarlets) contrary to Law 10.4 (j) in the match between the sides on November 10 following a report from the citing officer Mike Rafter.
Both cases will be heard by a panel of His Honour Judge Sean Enright (chair), Antony Davies and John Brennan.
