Waldrom joined up with his club colleagues on Wednesday after his release from the England squad and his inclusion is one of four changes to the starting team from last week’s cup win over London Wasps.
Micky Young comes in at scrum-half, with George Chuter and Harry Wells added top the forward pack after starting among the replacements in the bonus-point win over Wasps.
Geordan Murphy is named among the replacements on his recovery from a knee injury and there is a place for young flanker George Oliver and Academy second-rower Matt Hubbart.
