England Under-20s have made four changes to the team that beat Scotland 15-6 in their opening Six Nations game with Purdy, Mark Jennings, Danny Hobbs-Awoyemi and Scott Wilson all coming into the starting line-up.
There are also two positional changes with Ben Howard switching from wing to full-back and Luke Cowan-Dickie moving from loosehead prop to hooker.
Tigers forward Harry Wells, who made his first-team debut in the LV= Cup game against London Wasps two weeks ago and started last Sunday’s match against the Scarlets, is included among the England replacements.
