England coach John Fletcher said: “The programme has been running since August so we’re pretty excited to get to the competition phase – it’s always the most exciting time for us and for the players.
“We deliberately try to move the games around the country, allowing rugby supporters an opportunity to watch England's young talented players play an international match.
Sunday’s match is hosted by Darlington RFC in County Durham. Kick-off is at 2pm.
