Ed Slater says he is delighted to be named the Goldsmiths Player of the Month for March.
Slater was presented with his award, a Tag Heuer watch, at Welford Road on Sunday after helping Tigers to a 35-16 bonus-point win over London Wasps.

The England Saxons second row finished ahead of Sam Harrison and Logovi’i Mulipola in the supporters’ vote.
“The reception I have had from the fans over the past few weeks has been massive for me,” says Slater.
“I have had a good run of games and that has helped to increase my confidence. It’s great to be given an award like this.”
Slater joins Brett Deacon, Toby Flood, Vereniki Goneva, Niall Morris, Mat Tait and Adam Thompstone as winners of the award this season.
The Player of the Month award is supported by Goldsmiths, the largest prestige and luxury jewellers in the UK, who are also official East Stand sponsors and official timekeepers.
