Main tasks and areas of responsibility for this position include administrative and clerical support in the sale of products through the ticket office, responsibility for the day-to-day running of the ticket office and reception areas, and to assist in the running of the direct debit scheme, lottery, charity policy and supporters groups as well as handling any queries.
