Leicester Tigers flanker Will Owen is included in the starting line-up for England Under-18s against Wales this afternoon.

After coming off the bench in a narrow defeat by South Africa last weekend, Owen wears the No7 shirt for the second game of the tour at Outeniqua Park, George.
