Inside Sport is an exciting opportunity for pupils of all abilities and ages. Running over a full day (9.30am-3.30pm) or half-day for groups of up to 30, the sessions include a stadium tour, two practical sessions and two classroom sessions on a variety of topics including Healthy Lifestyle, Careers in Sport, Strength Conditioning and Sports Nutrition. Our practical sessions can include specific rugby coaching or fun, tag-rugby games.
Prices for Inside Sport begin from £150 plus VAT.
