Tigers Family on tour

The first Leicester Tigers fans have begun arriving in Belfast ahead of the Heineken Cup opener with Ulster Rugby on Friday night.

The sun was shining on a cool, dry autumn day in Belfast.

The bulk of the travelling Tigers fans are expected to arrive in the city on matchday, with the Away Supporters’ Club travelling by coach and ferry via Dublin. Other fans are flying into Belfast from East Midlands and Birmingham airports.

The weather forecast on matchday is for plenty of sunshine with daytime temperatures reaching 13C. By kick-off at 8pm, temperatures are expected to be around 11C with a dry night in store.
