Tigers supporters and John Lewis customers joined members of the Tigers squad and mascot Welford for an Easter egg hunt.
The store in the city’s Highcross centre, a partner of the Tigers, ran the free event as part of their countdown to Easter with Marcos Ayerza, Fraser Balmain, Scott Hamilton and Boris Stankovich all joining in.

Children and Junior Tigers Club members were tasked with finding a hidden egg in six departments in the store with the prize of a chocolate egg for those who found all six. The Tigers players were stationed at one of the hidden eggs.
Visitors were able to have their photograph taken with the Tigers players and the Aviva Premiership trophy, which was on display. Fans were also encouraged to take a #welfie, a selfie photograph with Tigers mascot Welford, and to share it via the club’s Facebook, Twitter or Instagram profiles.
