More than 500 fans have so far taken part in Project Welford 2014, our supporter survey covering all aspects of fans' experiences with Leicester Tigers.
Now in its third year, Project Welford is our official annual survey that gives you the chance to give us your feedback on matchdays at Welford Road, stadium facilities, how we communicate with you and other Tigers matters.
The number of supporters who rate their overall service experience as excellent has risen by more than five per cent. A total of 90 per cent of fans believe the club listens and that Leicester Tigers is run for supporters. Almost 97 per cent of fans believe Tigers is a family.
Tigers place a huge emphasis on supporter and customer relations and the club’s efforts were recognised at TheStadiumBusiness Awards 2014, when they were crowned Customer Experience winners.
Tigers’ focus on family-friendly activities on Welford Road matchday topped the judges' voting ahead of football clubs including Premier League champions Manchester City, Scottish Premier League winners Celtic and French champions Paris St Germain.
The improvements and recognition come from listening to your feedback, which is why Project Welford is so important to us.
Fan Michael Beck said: “I am proud to be a supporter of Leicester Tigers and I am looking forward to the coming season. I believe my season ticket is the best value for money anyone could have to watch first class rugby with the best supporters in this country.”
New season ticket holder Kevin Sumpter said: “I'm a new season ticket holder for the coming season. I'm really looking forward to joining the Tigers family and enjoying watching fantastic live rugby.”
