The Leicester Tigers Development team will kick off their Premiership 'A' League season next Monday evening (September 8) with a home game against Newcastle Falcons.

Welford Road will host two games in the space of three days as the Aviva Premiership and ‘A’ League seasons get under way, with the senior game on Saturday (3pm) and the second team on the following Monday.

The Premiership ‘A’ League fixture will kick off at 7pm and entry is free to season ticket holders.

The earlier kick-off provides an opportunity for more supporters to share in matchdays at the home of the Tigers, especially younger fans who may not be able to attend later starts.

Remaining home fixtures in the ‘A’ league are also scheduled for Monday evenings in the first half of the season, against Worcester Cavaliers on September 22 and Bristol United on December 15. The away games are against Northampton, Gloucester and Sale.

Entry to home games in the ‘A’ League is free to Tigers season ticket holders on production of your season ticket card. Admission for all other supporters is £5 adults, £1 juniors, payable at the ticket office on your way to the turnstiles.
