Leicester Tigers were joined by members of the England Cricket Team for Tuesday's historic clash with the Barbarians.

Fast bowler Stuart Broad and batsman James Taylor, who are both Tigers fans and former Leicestershire county players, enjoyed the game alongside England captain Alistair Cook and James Anderson, the country’s all-time highest international wicket-taker.

The quartet, who were in camp at Loughborough University, were invited into the Barbarians dressing room after the game to meet the team, including captain Alastair Kellock and British & Irish Lions prop Matt Stevens.

Broad took to Twitter after the game, and tweeted: “We had a great time at @LeicesterTigers last night proper rugby to watch! The @Barbarian_FC lads were on fire!”
