Tigers stars' Q&A at girls Rugby Camp

Adam Thompstone and Owen Williams will pass on their expert tips during a visit to Leicester Tigers' first-ever girls-only Rugby Camp.Leicester Tigers first-team players Thompstone and Wlliams will take part in a Q&A at the camp at Market Harborough RFC, which runs on February 16 and 17.   Tigers are also running a girls-only rugby camp at Melton Mowbray RFC on February 19 and 20.   Girls are welcome to take part on other Tigers Rugby Camps but these two-day camps represent Tigers’ first girls-only camps.   The camps are FREE and for players in school years 9 and 10. They are run in conjunction with Premiership Rugby and the Quality and Human Rights Commission.   Participants will receive a FREE ticket to Tigers' Aviva Premiership clash with Sale Sharks, which will be played on Saturday, February 28 (kick-off 3pm). For more information, or to register online click here.   Girls and boys are welcome to take part on the three-day Tigers Rugby Camp at Ashby RFC, which runs from February 16-18. The camp is for players aged in the under-nines to under-14s age groups and there is a tag rugby camp for under-sevens and under-eights. Tigers props Fraser Balmain and Tom Bristow will drop in for a Q&A.   Tigers Rugby Camps are open to players of all abilities, who will receive rugby tips from coaches with a wealth of experience at the highest levels of the sport, including former Tigers and England hooker George Chuter and ex-All Black Craig Newby taking on roles alongside the likes of Glen Gelderbloom, Ian 'Dosser' Smith and Troy Thacker.   Click here for more details on the Tigers Rugby Camp at Ashby RFC and to book a place, or call 0116 319 8888 (option 2).
