Tommy Bell has been nominated for the LV= Breakthrough Player Award for his performance for Leicester Tigers' LV= Cup win against Cardiff Blues.Bell scored the fourth and bonus-point try as Tigers secured a home semi-final in the LV= Cup with a 43-9 victory at Cardiff Arms Park.   The Leicester Tigers full-back made 14 carries, gained 135m and beat five defenders against Cardiff, as well as scoring his first Tigers’ try.   He is one of 10 players shortlisted for the award, and voting is now open.
