Vereniki Goneva and Billy Vunipola have been cited following the Aviva Premiership Round 19 match between Saracens and Leicester Tigers at Allianz Park.Saracens No8 Vunipola will appear before an RFU Disciplinary Panel on Tuesday (April 14). The panel of Philip Evans (chair), Bonike Erinle and Martyn Wood will review the offence of striking Leicester full-back Mathew Tait with the head, contrary to Law 10.4 (a), or, in the alternative, charging into a ruck, contrary to Law 10.4 (h).
The case of Tigers wing Goneva, cited for striking Kelly Brown with his forearm, will be dealt with by the chair via papers only, in agreement with the club and without the player present.
