Places on the Leicester Tigers residential rugby camp at Bishop Burton College are running out and players are encouraged to book now to avoid disappointment. It is the fifth year that Tigers have held a residential camp at Bishop Burton College near Beverley, Yorkshire, and after selling out last year, the week-long camp is again proving hugely popular with only 60 places remaining.
The camp runs from Sunday, August 16 to Friday, August 21. It is the first time the camp has started on a Sunday to give players a full day of training on the Monday.
Bishop Burton College's Centre for Sport & Fitness is the focal point of their Sports Village which will host the Rugby Camp and accommodate the players. Facilities include a state-of-the-art fitness suite, 4G artificial turf pitch, outdoor grass pitches and sports hall.
The camp is open to aspiring players aged from 12 to 17 on August 31. Participants can expect to be pushed to the limit and challenged at every opportunity. Tigers coaches will help young players progress and maximise their potential.
Players will be continually assessed and evaluated with player feedback provided at the end of the week.
