A new season of the Prima Tiger Cup for under-10s teams across the region starts with the opening festival next weekend (October 18).The Prima Tiger Cup, sponsored by Prima Solutions of Loughborough, is a free-to-enter contact-based tournament which takes part over five festivals covering the Tigers Academy area and beyond during the next two months.
The opening festival is at Tamworth next Sunday, with dates to follow at Swaffham RFC in Norfolk, Lutterworth RFC in Leicestershire, Mellish RFC in Nottinghamshire and Newmarket RFC in Suffolk.
The final stages take place ahead of a first-team fixture at Welford Road, giving young players an opportunity to play at an iconic Aviva Premiership stadium and in front of a big crowd.
With entries from more than 70 clubs each season, the Prima Tiger Cup is the largest and most prestigious single age-group competition in the rugby calendar and is now entering its 22nd season.
We welcome entries from all under-10s teams but please note that places are limited. To register your interest in the next Prima Tiger Cup and for any further inquiries, please email [email protected].
