Former Leicester prop Boris Stankovich will work with young players on this summer's Tigers Rugby Camp at Market Harborough RFC.

Stankovich made 119 appearances for Tigers in eight seasons with the club and was a hugely popular member of the squad.

He made his debut for the club in a victory at Bristol in the opening game of the 2007/08 season and shared in Premiership title wins in 2009, 2010 and 2013.

Stankovich, who will be scrum coach at Coventry RFC next season, will be at the Tigers Rugby Camp at Market Harborough RFC on Wednesday, August 17. He will take part in some coaching before talking to the young players in a Q&A.

The Market Harborough camp is for U9s to U14s and runs from August 15-19. There is also a tag camp from August 15-17 for U7s and U8s.

The camp is one of a series run by the Tigers this summer right across the region. Tigers will host rugby camps based at clubs and schools in Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and the Channel Islands during the rest of the summer holidays.
