We are looking for a Junior Tigers Club 1st XV to help us celebrate the start if the new season - and any junior supporter can take part.
So far we have filled five places in the JTC line-up who will have a chance to join us for a photo on the Welford Road pitch on the day of the opening league game of the season – against Wasps on Saturday, September 10 – and there’ll be some other great surprise along the way.
This week’s competition is to find three more young supporters – our back row of the team – and it is easy to take part.
The competition has been launched in Splat, the email newsletter of the Junior Tigers Club distributed to our young members and featuring all the news from club mascot Welford and forthcoming activities and offers for junior supporters.
Welford wants young supporters to supply a caption to this photo of Owen Williams and Ben Youngs and the best three entries will fill the next three slots in our JTC 1st XV.
