The Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College, featuring Leicester Tigers Academy players, lost 10-17 to Myerscough College in the second fixture of the AASE League season.
The match was held away at Myerscough with tries for Wyggeston scored by Zak Morton and Sam Grahamslaw.
However three tries from Myerscough secured a win for the home team.
