The Leicester Tigers Wheelchair Rugby Team will take on the Leicestershire Police in a charity match this Saturday.

Tickets are on sale now for the game at the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Leisure Centre in Leicester.

It promises to be an action-packed occasion with all the thrills, spills and excitement of wheelchair rugby.

And with Tigers away to Newcastle Falcons in the Aviva Premiership on Sunday, fans are being encouraged to lend their support to the occasion.

The match is in support of Coping With Cancer and the Tigers Foundation. It runs from 11.30am to 4.30pm on Saturday (September 17).

Tickets are priced £5 per person and are available from the Tigers shop at Welford Road, Hinckley Road Police Station and from LCil Westend Neighbourhood Centre.

The Tigers Wheelchair Rugby Team play in the UK league and join forces with the existing Marauders club to play as Leicester Tigers in European competition.
