Peter Betham, Owen Williams and Marcos Ayerza are among the senior players recalled by Leicester Tigers for Saturday's Anglo-Welsh Cup fixture against Newport Gwent Dragons at Welford Road (3pm).

Betham and Williams join a backline which also includes Adam Thompstone and Freddie Burns, while Ayerza rejoins the front row in a pack which also sees a return to action for Graham Kitchener and a first start of the season for Tom Croft in the back row.

Scrum-half Sam Harrison captains Tigers in the second game in the knockout tournament following a 21-20 victory over Bath at The Recreation Ground in the opener last Friday.

Ellis Genge, who has been with the England squad this week ahead of the autumn international series, returns to club duties and is named among the replacements alongside Pat Cilliers who is in line for his first appearance at Welford Road following a summer move from Montpellier.

This match is included in Tigers season tickets. For all other supporters, match tickets are available now. Book at the ticket office at Welford Road or phone 0116 319 8888 (option 2) between 9am and 5pm Friday or from 9am up to kick-off on Saturday. Or click here to book online anytime.

Saturday’s game is not scheduled for any live TV coverage so the only place to see all of the action is at Welford Road.

Supporters can enjoy a rugby double header at Welford Road with all of the action from England against South Africa at Twickenham in the opening Test of the autumn series shown ‘as live’ on the big screens in Final Whistle at the conclusion of the Tigers fixture.
