See in the new year at Welford Road by buying your tickets now for the league fixture between Leicester Tigers and Saracens on Sunday, January 1. Kick-off is at 3pm.

Tickets are on general sale in all areas and already in high demand for all areas.

Saracens are the defending Aviva Premiership and European Cup champions, but were beaten 21-13 on their last visit to Welford Road in March when tries from Freddie Burns and Vereniki Goneva secured the points for Tigers.

After a Christmas Eve trip to Exeter Chiefs, Tigers are back on home turf for the opening day of 2017 and a big crowd is expected to share in the action.

Book your match ticket now, or if you book a Tigers Half Season Ticket, covering the last seven fixtures in the regular season and starting with the European Champions Cup match against Glasgow Warriors, you will also receive a £10 voucher towards a match ticket for the Saracens game.

Secure your places in person at the Welford Road ticket office, by phoning 0116 319 8888 (option 2) or online by clicking here.

Centrebus have confirmed that their matchday bus services on all four routes – from Market Bosworth, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray and Oakham – will be in operation for the New Year’s Day fixture. Click here for more details and the full timetable.

In a change to Tigers’ ticket sales policy this season, match tickets are now released for full sale from the ticket office wherever possible only after kick-off dates and times have been confirmed.

Tickets for the latest batch of confirmed games in the Aviva Premiership – at home to Gloucester and Bristol in February and Exeter Chiefs in March – are also on general sale now.

Also, tickets for the Anglo-Welsh Cup derby against Northampton Saints on Saturday, January 28 and for the Champions Cup Round 6 fixture against Glasgow Warriors on the weekend of January 20/21/22 (kick-off confirmation is due after Round 4 this month) are also now released to general sale.

Match tickets can be purchased in person at the Welford Road ticket office or by phoning 0116 319 8888 (option 2). The office is open 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday and from 9am until an hour after any home game. Or book online at any time.
