Ellis Genge has been retained in the England squad of 25 players ahead of the opening fixture in RBS 6 Nations alongside Leicester Tigers colleagues Dan Cole and Ben Youngs.

Uncapped back-rower Mike Williams is among the players released from the original squad who have been preparing for the match against France at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday.
 
George Kruis of Saracens will go for further medical assessment on Wednesday to determine the extent of a knee injury picked-up in training.
