Leicester Tigers academy fly-half Tom Hardwick kicked three conversions as England U18 got the U18 International Series off to a winning start with a 55-11 victory over Canada U19.
Hardwick came on as a replacement at Taffs Well RFC, along with another member of the Tigers academy, prop Joe Heyes.
England scored nine tries in total. Oli Morris, Nic Dolly, Cameron Kelemeti, Marcus Smith and Andy Christie all scored in the first half as England led 29-11 at the break. Dolly added his second early in the second half before substitutes Cameron Redpath (2) and Ollie Fox added further tries.
England will look to make it two wins in two matches when they face Ireland U18 at Parc y Scarlets on Wednesday (kick-off 5.15pm).
