Leicester Tigers academy flanker Tommy Reffell retains his place in the back row for Wales Under-18s as they face Canada in the second match of the International Series this evening.
Wales have made 10 changes to the starting line-up for the game at Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli after Saturday’s opening win against Scotland.
Only forwards Reffell, Daniel Owen, Morgan Jones and backs Aron Hemmings and Tomi Lewis remain in the starting line-up from their last outing.
Reffell also played in a 29-19 victory over England in the build-up to the tournament.
"It's essential over a series like this to give everybody an opportunity. We need to see how they react in the Welsh jersey against tough opponents," said coach Danny Milton
Reffell’s Tigers academy colleagues Tom Hardwick, Sam Grahamslaw and Joe Heyes are included in the England team to face Ireland at Parc y Scarlets in the second fixture of the day. Scotland face Italy at 3:30pm, with England in action at 5:15pm, and Wales to follow at 7:35pm. The final part of the series is on Sunday.
